Each individual may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts will result in suspension of all accounts and cancellation of all winnings. Multiple accounts created from the same IP address or device will be detected automatically.

• Your full name, phone number, and date of birth are required at the time of registration.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for identity verification.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Keep your account password confidential — you are solely responsible for any consequences of sharing it with others.

• Odds in live betting can change at any moment.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, the affected bet will be voided.
• 5rrr4 sets the maximum bet amount allowed per event.
• For Accumulator/Parlay bets, if one leg is voided, the odds for the entire bet will be recalculated.
• Bets may not be confirmed if your internet connection is interrupted — please check your transaction history to verify.

All bonus offers on 5rrr4 are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you are deemed to have accepted the applicable bonus terms.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.

• Participating in match fixing or sports manipulation.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Attempting to hack or make unauthorized modifications to any part of the platform.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.

5rrr4 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason. Under normal circumstances, notice will be provided with an explanation.

• To close your account yourself, please contact support.
• Self-exclusion can be activated from the Responsible Gaming settings.
• Any balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned after verification is complete.
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.
